I set up my appointment through the ford pass app, which said the oil change price was $39.99, yet I was charged $65. I couldn’t find the information at the time I paid, but I went back to the app when I got home and I hypothetically scheduled another appointment, and $39.99 came up again. Other than the price, the service is always excellent!
