I'm very satisfied in the amount of time that it took Dustin to get the Van in and get it fixed Thank you Dustin I still believe that this issue is a direct result of the work that was done or didn't get done due to the nature of the recalled work that was done back in May of 2022 I maintain that Ford motor company should be liable for this issue I have never in my 52 years of driving head replace a dry shaft Very very poor design
