Oil change always finished up with a car wash, vacuum, etc. in the past. This time around none of these services were complete besides the oil change, not sure why..

I’ve had my vehicle into linguist Ford 4-5 in the past year two of these visits for check engine lights and engine noise. Now they tell me engine is ruined and needs to be replaced. This vehicle is at 90,000 miles. Regular maintenance and oil changes every 5000 miles.

Michael could tell I was upset because someone else noticed the cabin air filter I had Lindquist put in back in November was installed incorrectly and I had to make another trip back, the service manager was gone for the day so, to save a longtime Lindquist customer, Michael took it upon himself to get a new cabin air filter installed! Granted it was only a cabin air filter but it was the principle of the issue not being done correctly back in November and someone else from another business pointed it out to me...... Michael handled it!
