I keep telling them my truck is not shifting correctly and the motor is reving high. I bring it in. They have it for 2-4 days because parts have to be ordered and then I get a text saying it’s done and I go pick it up after 5pm, when mechanics are gone, and it still does the same thing. 3rd time in 2 months I have it in. I call and set another appointment and go through the same scenario again. I don’t have the time to continuously keep bringing in the truck. Super frustrated

Had my truck looked at for a noise that its been making an oil change and tire rotation. Was told the noise was tire noise but the noice was still there after service was under the understanding the tires were rotated which i would think would change the noise if that is what it boiled down to yet it made no difference and actually is starting to sound worse now.. i was charged for the time of narrowing it down to "tire noise" and im not so sure thats actually what it is.. and was not given a solution of any sort as to how the issue could be fixed.. ive taken my truck here many of times to chase down a noise before which could not be found and have never been charged for it until this last visit..
