There is sealant coming out of every door handle. It’s smeared around. I someone got some on the hood. When I picked it up it smelled like the shop. I understand they were trying to get it back to me before the end of the day but not at the expense of quality work. If you want pictures I have some.

If you put Delathour at the same position at the largest dealership in all of Chicago, it would take him a week to figure out the intricacies, but he would be running his position like a GT500. He posessis the highest training, riveling your most tenured mechanic. I know, I trust him with my life. He is the only person that services my motorcycle for the past 20+ years. You greatly under value him, and I know that you underpay him.

The work was good. Felt over an hour and a half for an oil change appointment was excessive. 15 minutes to wait for the paperwork after truck was brought over to the done staging area was unacceptable. The cashier apologized numerous times. But the service rep seemed to run on her own schedule.

I called multiple places today trying to get a battery for my vehicle. Got ahold of Dustin and he was able to get me in for an appointment in 2 hours from my call. Very professional and recommended getting a part replaced before it got too bad. I typically don’t visit dealership service departments if the shop I go to ever closes I will come back to Dustin 100% for service. If he’s not at Lindquist I’ll just have to follow him wherever he goes!
