Trent Bijeaux told me he would let me know if I had to pay a diagnostic fee. He allow the mechanics to analyze my car and didn’t come back to tell me that the service was not covered under warranty. I only want to check a tire and they checked everything. I just had my car serviced in November, I didn’t need a full service check. I was not prepared to pay 174.00 for nothing. Now I have to wait to buy a new tire. I’m very upset. I been going at Hampton for a while I never had this happen to me. I’m very disappointed.
