1. I arrived at 10:30 and did not depart until 12:30p this was far too long of a wait and quite unexpected.
2. My car rode worse unpin departing after the tire rotation. I had to drive much slower because of the shaking of the car.

I’m very displeased. I went in for oil and tires rotation. They did not rotate my tires and I was charged for it. I’m also concerned if they actually changed my oil. Now I will have to miss time at work on Monday to get this matter addressed.
