Wasn't provided multipoint inspection because I was told printer was broken. However recommended I replace engine air filter at next appointment. I had service performed by Hampton which included an engine air filter on 05/01/2024 with mileage of 50,719, shouldn't the filter last longer than this. Also at that 2024 inspection it was recommended I get a rear brake job at my next service appointment. No mention of me needing that service was done at my appointment today. Given this, how do I know what
services are really needed.

Dulsey is amazing. I have a problem with the condition of the interior of my car. The seat was not returned to original position- everything on the passenger seat was on the floorboard- the net pet guard separating the front and back set was no longer attached.
I know it was a busy day but after waiting 1 1/2 hours, I would expect better. This use to be a quality service department.
