Carice E. Robert was very nice and helpful. My complaint however is directed towards Hampton Toyota. I arrived expecting to get my recall taken care of but was told yall had to order the air bags for my recall. I just don't understand why make me an appointment when you guys don't have the air bags. I never make complaints about any place of business but this situation was just a little unreasonable. But no worries! I was very impressed with Hamptons service center. Very clean and presentable and very polite employees. Will be back!

With such low mileage i am keeping my lexus but when time to look again would definitely consider looking at hampton.
