I brought my vehicle in due to my radio cutting in and out. Phillip explained the process of updating the software to ensure compatibility with my iPhone. He told me to call if there were any issues after the update. I phoned about 20 min later to report that a message came across the screen “software update unsuccessful.” At this point, it was confirmed my phone connection was the culprit. Phillip stated that he would check with the foreman and get back to me as to the next step. I have not heard back from him yet and that was yesterday afternoon about 3pm.
