The service writer was very good and explained everything very well. Really satisfied with him.
The problem that I had is, it’s a brand new truck and the rain sensing mechanism for the wipers. Did not work from the beginning. Spent two hours waiting for them to let me know this. Part on order. Probably another hour or two waiting for service to be performed.
