My service advisor was good. I wish I could say the same about your service. I was told they spilled some oil while they were pumping it into the crank case. I got the vehicle home and wiped up oil on the valve cover, and other places. I also moved my oil sticker to the corner of the windshield and while I was doing that, I noticed oil fingerprints all over the fabric between the door, & the windshield, and the headrest which I cleaned. My appointment was at 1:00, got there at 2:45 and my truck was still not done and y’all close at 3:00(trying to clean the oil spill). Poor Service in my opinion.

Not satisfied. I brought tundra in to change spark plugs as per 50k mile recommended. Drove out of dealership parking lot. Engine light came on turned around. So happen it was a disconnected vacuum line that was forgotten to be plugged back in. Drove it home. Then woke up the next day. Drove to Mississippi. To find oil dumping out from spark plug as i arrive due to the smoke coming out the engine bay when i stepped out of my truck. Now im stranded, closest dealership is 1 hour away. Im 5.5 hours from home with oil leak around a spark plug. Due to a maintenance service gone wrong.
