I was rushed through!! I was not informed about details on the interior of my car and how to use the instruments. NO CD Player!!! I was asked if all I used the CD and I informed him that is a choice!!!
I also spent 2 hours with paperwork, most of which should have been all inclusive...not out of pocket. My initial payment was Exacerbated by all the “extra” protection. Blindsided by the extra cost
Very disappointed. Tempted to return the vehicle and get my 2007 Matrix.

We have provided our home telephone number to you on several occasions. For reasons best known to you, and maintained as a private secret, you insist on calling my business — on a Saturday - we are a law firm and even though we work most Saturday’s we do not answer the telephone. Then you called my cell phone — when I am at work I do not answer my cell phone. However, I did provide my home telephone number to the lady that I spoke with late Saturday afternoon, but have no confidence whatsoever that she made changes on our record reflecting this conversation. The upshot here is by the time she reached me - on my cell phone - we did not have adequate time to travel to your location to pick-up our vehicle.
