It was a lot of cars to service but... as usual, Mr Steven immediately put my car for multi inspection and it was for free! I’m so grateful to him and all of the mechanics who checked my car ????! The service to my car was fast, within a half hour (changing my visor). At one hour I went to check on my car and could see it waiting in the line of cars ready for pickup. I was told the paperwork had to be completed. Another 20 minutes went by and I checked again. A manager noticed and tried getting my attendant to get paperwork and bill ready. I was there an hour and a half for what took at most a half hour in the shop. That’s unacceptable.

An appointment was made 3 weeks prior and my vehicle was there at 0700.
The service tech said it would take 3-3/1/2 hours. It was finally ready at around 4:30. Cause of delay was they were busy even though my vehicle was there at 7:00 and appointment was made several weeks prior
