Carice is a awesome advisor, but the response not exceptional. I do know people get busy and cannot get to everyone in a short time. I understand that. I left 2 messages and finally was called back 3 hours after my first message. I am very disappointed in the service department. When I am ready for a new vehicle I truly doubt I will buy from Hampton Toyota in Lafayette again because of the service department. I have bought 5 new vehicles from Hampton over the years and the last couple of times I am not happy with the service. I do know this was not Carices’ fault.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 12:30 arrived at 12:15 it took almost 3 hours for them to finish and for me to leave. I if this is how and how long it takes for them to do an appointment what is the use of doing appointment?
