Stephen was great but I came in for a simple oil change and have now been back 3 times due to an oil leak. Whoever worked on my truck the first time should be fired!!!!!

Lesli was a great help in securing a rental for me Friday afternoon after a surprise break down. The service department closed at 6 and I didn’t call until 5:30. She made sure I had a rental waiting Saturday when I went in and told me what I needed to do to get my vehicle towed in after hours.

When a person has an appointment the scheduled appointment should take place in a timely manner. I can understand a 30, even 40 minute delay, but 2 1/2 hours is unreasonable. Leslie was very nice and apologetic, but I was caught waiting on my 10,000 mile service.
I should have been in at 8 and certainly out by 9. Seems like you all schedule more appointments than you can handle. Maybe try scheduling less and serving people better. Otherwise what’s the point of making an appointment. It’s certainly not for the customer’s convince, but your own.

My appointment was for 2:00 to change my windshield wipers. I was there until after 3:00. I don’t understand why it took so long to change windshield wipers. If there was a conflict with timing someone could have notified me.
