I bought a used car from you. After only having it a few days. The check engine light came on. Ok I'm thinking. It's cool. Guy who sold the car to me said hampton would take care of it if I had any issues right away. Then Guy who did the paperwork and also sold me an extended warranty stated that it fixed anything on the car that keeps it from running and driving. I take the car to the service department and drop it off. A little over a week I call to find out what's going on with car cause no one calls me. Turns out a bad catalytic converter is not covered and they wanna charge me $3861.04 to fix it. So basically I just paid 16k for car and warranty that I cant drive until catalytic converter is replaced for another 4k. So tomorrow I'll find any and every place I can find to write a bad review. You've earned it.

Told me that vehicle was ready to be picked up but when I got there, some of the work had not been done because it required the ordering of a part. They waited until after I arrived to ask if I wanted them to order the part. Since I had been dropped off, I had no option but to plan to come back another day to get the work done. Frustrating.
