Oil change incomplete. Tech did not put Oil back in engine. Service writer (Leslie) and service manager (Glen) were notified about the incident. Oil installed in parking lot and Leslie documented

1.No updates were provided on my vehicle after being in the shop for 5 days. I had to reach out to find out what the status was.
2.Hampton could not locate the issue in 6 days. Price Leblanc located the problem within 30 minutes of having the truck and immediately called me along with sending a video of the leak.
3. Hampton damaged rear bumper during the 6 days and sent the truck home with me and said to call during the week.
