I wanted my exterior doorhandle replaced, I contacted the dealership and they told me that they already had the part. Then I contacted service and asked them whether I could get it done today and they said absolutely.. They got the job done within an hour, notified me and told me where my car was parked. When I got to my car, the gentleman that was standing by the door Quit his conversation and opened the door for me!!!!!! to which I responded “ duuuude come on now” ???? thank you!! Service has definitely improved a lot compared to 4 or 5 years ago

Employees were responsive and professional. It’s Toyota that made us wait a year & four months for the part - plus the second part. Perhaps it’s time to fit rid of the “about two weeks” response until the communists are out of office and the crime, manufacturing & supply chain issues are solved. We would have dropped full coverage insurance while it sat there had the average parts shipping time not been repeated when checking in. Again, our local service department was great. It’s just a shame their corporate office is too busy pushing the global green Ponzi scheme (ESG) to ensure their service departments are “clued in” on all things to make their jobs easier & customers taken care of - like good corporate management should be doing. I looked into it and Toyota knew this was an ongoing customer issue and could have saved us a year of insurance & the hassle your employees don’t deserve.
