Came in for an oil change that I had an appt for at noon. Was greeted immediately and then waited. After an hour, I was brought the engine air filter and refused replacement. 45 minutes after that I went up to the service desk and saw my car with 4 cars behind it. (All seemed to have been finished with their service). I asked both of the other 2 advisors if my car was done and they said yes. Both apologized as they said my car had been there for quite sometime. This seemed to be a simple breakdown in communication but the advisors need to do a better job at communicating with customers when the services rendered are complete. I find it pretty ridiculous that I have to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change especially when I have an appointment.
