Great service writer. She communicated well, even though her hands were tied due to Toyota’s retarded call to replace one tire only; knowing that they set up the alignment wrong from the factory and then sent Hampton wrong specs to adjust alignment at my 5k mile checkup. Maybe a class action lawsuit will sway them to stand behind their product and make us TRD Pro owners whole. Not crossing my fingers though.

I was upset with fact that Leslie waited till the car was fixed, to tell us that there was a $100 deposit to pay. That should have been discussed before the decision to work on the car was made. Other then that, I was satisfied with our service provided.
