It’s always exceptional service. I from Texas been here for 10 years I have always had my Toyota service at Hampton. I trust there employees with my car and my Mother in-laws Avalon. She purchased it from the other Toyota dealer in town. I would recommend Hampton service to everyone they really treat your vehicle like it was theirs.

Employees are super nice but 1.5 hours for oil change way too long to wait. You do NOT have an express lane service please remove that from your advertising it is FALSE! I have purchased 4-5 vehicles all very nice from hampton but service is always SLOW! Again employees are great at least the ones i meet. You either have slow in capabke techs or you dont have enough techs. If shirt handed schedule less so you dont have people waiting for so long for something as easy as oil change

Schedule was booked at 5 but seemed to be overbooked. Doesn’t feel like the inspection was done thoroughly as somethings noted from last service were not indicated as needing attention…. Some things were indicated as needing attention. I literally installed new engine and cabin air filter 2 hours before and was in yellow saying needs further attention. I get it, seemed to be really busy and maybe overbooked but feels like the service inspection may have just been clicked and not overall done to a standard that maybe should have been met. AND possibly would have been done had it none been the last appointment on a very busy day. I will know next time not to accept last appointment of any day and just scheduled another day/time. I
