Scott was great to work with-professional, personable, transparent. I did feel the $90 diagnostic fee was rather aggressive in costs-obviously not Scott’s fault and he was upfront about the cost.

Ron is great. I arrived earlier than my appointment, he explained that because of the COVID-19 situation he only had one technician. I sat in the waiting room and he kept me abreast of the progress. He explained that it would take about 90 minutes, and right down to the minute, 90 minutes it was. He explained all the work that was completed and after paying I was on my way. Great service as always. Keep it up guys!!!

I was right on time for my appt. Was met immediately, welcomed, we discussed what was to be done and the cost to me (0$). I was told the work should be done on a little more than an hour, 90 min max n he would let me know if he found any problems. Waiting room was clean. Chairs spaced a good distance apart. Work was done on time, exterior was washed. Everything is working fine.
