Would recommend a faster oil change option than an hour. With the windows permitting a view to the service area, it was obvious the mechanic was in NO hurry. I realize it’s not Jiffy Lube but I’m paying a premium price for an oil change (about 40% higher than Jiffy Lube), so I do expect it to be done right the first time and with some urgency to get me on my way. You can do better. I’m sure Tom Wood himself expects the best.

I noted when I arrived my brakes where squeaking when I slowed down and asked them to be checked/fixed. When I picked up my car my brakes made the same sound. The service agent told me the tech braked hard and didn’t hear anything. The agent and myself heard the noice when the assistant brought my care around. When I asked if they could be fixed the agent noted they were looked at. Clearly it was making a sound so they were not fixed. They are still squeaking as of today.
