I was told my car was fixed but when I picked up my vehicle the issue was still there. I brought it up to the service advisor and they said the fuses must have blown again and that they might be able to replace the fuses but it would just happen again. When I went over the tech story it stated there were 2 blown fuses, they were replaced, the blower started working. Then it states that they replaced the original fuses back in the vehicle. Therefore the issue was not fixed and I paid $100 for nothing.

Service Dept took care of everything, dropped off car the night before and received a text in the morning with who the technician was and also received a text when the service was completed. Even when we picked the car up, service dept was extremely nice and helpful.
