They never vacuum, my seats do not look treated whatsoever, I never get a card in the mail when my vehicle is due I always have to call in. The auto butler is an extreme rip off for the extra money paid for it. Not satisfied at all.

Nothing to add at this time, that will explain any better my complete "Satisfied Experience" I will add, that I went in for an Oil Change, and Tire Rotation, My appointment for 2:20 P.M., I arrived approximately 20 Minutes early, I was taken care of Immediately and was done by 3 P.M. and on top of the Oil Change and Tire Rotation, they also top of all fluids. I was totally impressed.
