Job well done even though I had not made appointment. I had to make an emergency stop on highway 91e due to tire problems. Highway patrol service was great help, then I was able to drive to Honda in Corona. Eric was ready to take my case promptly even though a short notice of my arrival, took care of the problems & I was able to drive the vehicle on the next day. Am fully satisfied with Eric's professionalism & friendly courtisy.
