I was told that the service would take 3-4 hours, because the person who specializes in what was getting serviced had a lot of work ahead of me, and because of that, my car would be next after that person is done with prior work. When I brought up the same question I am going to ask you all, my service rep told me he overestimates. Which is silly, because my car was done in 1.5 hours. After I was told my car would take 3-4 hours I needed to schedule for someone to pick me up so I can tend to my children at home, only to finally get picked up and get told that my car was done shorty after leaving. My question is, why are you scheduling customers based on when service reps are available instead of the actual service workers. Example: if it takes the service members to complete an oil change in max. 40 mins, why are you scheduling customers every 10 minutes to be having them wait for 1-2 hours? The service rep was trying to tell me that his job was to get the customer in and out, but with the way the scheduling is going, it does not appear to be in that manner.
