It's one thing to advise the customer on services that is needed on top of what is already being performed, it is another to try to push it after being told no. This will likely be my final trip to this dealership for any service. Shortsightedness certainly costs more than you can imagine! Learn to respect your customers!!!

The pricing for the service I received seemed and was unreasonably high. I had a coupon and he discounted the higher price to $40 lower but didn’t apply the coupon price instead. It seemed very unreasonable and misleading. I want to continue servicing here but need to make sure I’m being handled fair.

I almost paid for an unnecessary $150 transmission seecice due to the A13 code had it not been for my request to check the service history which showed that I had paid for that service just 10K miles ago. I think the team should only recommend services according to the vehicle code to prevent this kind of situation from occurring again.
