I did not get a complete check up on my car when I got my oil changed also I had to ask for the check up list it was not in my paper work also. It took 1 hour and a half to do my oil change plus they did not wash my car I have always been satisfied coming to Honda for my oil changes today I was not. Although Eric was completely a awesome person I was not satisfied today so sorry
