I have been going to Corona Honda for years now I have purchased three vehicles from this dealer as well as always take my cars there for service. Today I took my car in for an A1 Service which included tire rotation. For some reason in past visits I always felt that my rotation was not being done so today before dropping off my car I marked the front driver side tire with a red sharpie in the shape of a square. When my car was finished I checked the same tire and sure enough it was not moved no tire rotation was done. Being very disappointed I went back inside to the tech that was helping me and asked him how tire rotations are done. He proceeded to tell me front to back. I told him well mine was not done I know this because I marked the tire. He said show me. So I should him the tire and he took a pic of the tire and the speedometer. He said I would be given credit for a rotation next time and to come inside. I asked how am I gonna know if it’s done the next time? He proceeded to tell me that it would because this is a tech that they have had problems with before and this has happened before but they will reprimand him for this. So my first question is why is this particular person still working at the same job where customers are depending on work to be completed that is paid for and we put our trust in your company. Now I feel as though all the times I went for a B1 service was not completed. Feeling very Leary about returning to all Honda service.
