I had a very difficult time getting back to Ron after I asked him to send me a copy of the invoice. It took over an hour to get him to confirm he ordered my part (which needed to be ordered by 4) and when he did confirm, he didn’t call — he just sent a text, even after I was assured by the lady who walked over to his desk that he’d call to confirm.

Eric Tecontero was extremely helpful with assisting me with my check engine light on my 2016 Honda CRV that had less than 40,000 miles. Eric is a perfect example of awesome customer service. Eric was ready to assist me with and any questions or concerns that I may have had and was prepared to give an honest helpful answer. As a single mother who is permanently disabled sometimes in a wheelchair and forced to go back to work to provide I made it clear to Eric that money was extremely tight. Eric was amazing.
