My SA Eric T. Was friendly and kind however two things:
1. I went in for a simple oil change which I can easily do myself but I do it for the maintenance records. After letting the car settle over ight and checking the level, my oil was low by about a full quart. Paid about $75 for an oil change and got shorted 1 quart.
2. Eric did offer a complimentary car Wash which I agreed to but it wasn't washed after being told it was ready for pick-up. Not a big deal since I prefer to wash it myself. I noticed a sign in the lobby that car washes aren't being done but that should have been made aware to the service department.
