Taylor Rees did an excellent job. He communicated between Honda and myself to find out if the work that needed to be done was covered under warranty. He also continued to message me and give me updates on the vehicles progress.

The sticker for the next oil change states to come back in 3500 miles. When I have had previous oil changes they were good for 5000 miles. Also the car did not get clean in the car wash. The cars steering was much stiffer and creaking a lot after leaving. It did not do this prior to appointment. Does the wheel alignment check affect this?
