Nick did a great job explaining what had happened with my car, particularly since it was an unusual and unexpected thing to have happen with a car that’s at barely over 11,000 miles. It helped me make sense of the documentation provided on my invoice, understand why it took a couple of days to resolve, and assure me that it shouldn’t be a problem again.
