From the first hello, Antonio was friendly and welcoming and he made an effort to assure me that he was there to be sure I received good service. He was thorough in his explanation of what would be done and then double checked on the service record on my vehicle. He highlighted the things that would be done. Half way through the service he came and showed me the air filters that needed to be replaced! The total time was less than expected and he gave the option of using my points.
He was respectful and kind. I felt like he treated me like he would treat his own mom. I definitely will ask for Antonio again. I appreciated his work ethic.
