I don’t think working and interacting with customers is a skill set that Nate has. I found Nate’s body language and tone to be threatening. He lacks patience. He looks uncomfortable or maybe it’s that he’s tense. There was nothing natural or pleasant in our interactions or experience with this service rep.

I don’t think I met Matthew Smoyer? My only complaint was that there were a lot of paint chips left in my car. Otherwise I’m completely happy with the job and Sara Atkinson was very professional and thoroughly helpful.

I was 30 mins early to my appointment today, my appointment was at 10:20am and I got there around 9:45am. I was quoted my wait time to be 1.5hrs to 2 hours from my appointment time. Which was fine because I was really early. There was no communication that my service was taken longer than expected. Around 12:50 (30 minutes after my quoted time), my service advisor came and told me they were running behind and were finishing up. Also, said that he was stepping out for lunch and someone else was going to oversee my vehicle, which was fine. By 1:30pm i texted the number that was sent to me to see how much longer my service was going to be as I had to get to another appointment. I received no answers or communication. Not only have I been there for almost 4 hours at this time, my service advisor only came to update me on my car once and that was 30 mins past the quoted time. By 1:45pm someone finally came to get me to tell me my car was done but failed to mention where my car was parked. They only said my car was out front. I am beyond frustrated that I spent my entire day at Honda and almost had to rescheduled my kids doctor appointments when I schedule more than enough time for my service to be completed in a timely manner. The guy that took over apologizing which was great but what could I do at that point? My time was already spent waiting and I had other commitments to be at.

It is unfortunate and unfair that I, as the customer, would have to pay over $400 to prove that a new OEM Honda windshield, which was supplied by the same dealership, (which was installed by an independent professional glass company) was defective. That was the final determination after several days and hours diagnosing the windshield.
