I guess the policies have changed. In the past tire rotation and a car wash were included with a service. Of course with previous cars the service was also complimentary, which this time I already knew. I appreciate the convenience of the valet, but am disappointed there is no longer a wash and tire rotation.

I was never notified part was in, I had to call twice to find out part was in 2 2 weeks later, then today I was told work would take about 45-60 minutes after up stairs for almost 2hrs went down and found car was ready but no one had called to tell me, very poor customer service
