My main complaint is the manner in which I was treated by the service dept while Mark is out. The replacement service rep did not understand what work was scheduled to be done. The replacement then sent my car to the body shop without my knowledge. He also did not keep me informed. What limited information I did receive from him was often incorrect. I informed the service manager and the sales manager of my issue, but they were both more concerned with offering excuses or blaming the body shop. Overall just a bad customer experience.
