Your service department is very good and Graham is an asset to your company. This is the first time i have had a complaint. Last year your charge for an oil change was $49 and my car was clean inside and out. This year oil change is $100 and car came dirtier than when I left it there. I was extremely upset to find the people there are not wearing Masks.
I am 69 years old and my husband is a cancer victim. I fear going to any business and bringing An infection back to him!!

Brad did everything possible. Computer would not register the issue my vehicle was having which made things harder. Brad narrowed it down the best he could and replaced the throttle body. So far so good

Only 3 of 4 parts available ,mechanic did not start to do the work till all parts were there.
Could have at least started the other 3 doors!!
Called down twice to tell me my car would not be ready ??!
The last time I was there for oil change oil was 3/8 down from cross hatching on dip stick !
I tried to give Island lincoln etc. WILL NEVER BRING MY BUISNESS TO YOU EVER AGAIN !!
You are such a disappointing experience
