I bought a $3000+ Lincoln Protect warranty with the understanding that I would pay a $100 deductible. I came in for a recall repair and to have 2 items checked. I was informed by this service writer that I would have to pay a $165 additional diagnostic fee if it happened that one of the items wasn't covered. No thanks. I am very disappointed and very unhappy with this situation.
Prior to this I have always had excellent service from your dealership with Mark who happens to be out at present. This is my fifth Lincoln and my third MKT and I have never had an experience like this. I live in Winter Park FL and have been driving to Merritt Island for service out of loyalty to you folks.
