Although I am always satisfied with Marc my service supervisor I did have an unpleasant experience on today’s service the mechanic inadvertently didn’t tighten the undercarriage cover when he didn’t oil change and it came loose on the highway and was dragging along the highway caused me a lot of inconvenience I’ll be calling Mark on Monday to explain thank you
