It took 2 days to replace one tire, that was in the warehouse, and align my Range Rover. When I stated that to take two days for this minimal service was unacceptable, service rep Brad Sweitzer stated that “I (had) just showed up with the vehicle and had not called ahead.” I take significant issue with his statement and WILL be looking for an alternative dealership to have my vehicle serviced. ( That will mean I will have to go over 50 miles to Orlando to get authorized Land Rover service. Really sad! LWNissen

Mark is the best! I’ve always had outstanding service from Mark, but this last experience was truly appreciated. My husband was recovering from a surgical procedure. I ran out for a few quick errands, and my MKS just died! Mark sent help to get the car to Island Lincoln, and made sure I had transportation home and to pick up the car the next day. It was truly a helping hand when most needed. I can’t thank him enough.
