I made an appointment for my car and it took 4 days (includes the weekend) before it was even looked at. Some labor shortage or something. It would have been nice to have the apt postponed until you were ready. Once you got to my car it took the expected time to complete.

Brad had excellent communication throughout the process. The service report communicated the efforts which were made to research and remedy the problems I reported. I appreciate the loaner. One issue remains (intermittent operation of the lift gate. I'll have it resolved when I bring it back for the next service appointment.

Mark did a tremendous job making sure that the service done on my vehicle was professional and done in a timely manner. He kept me well informed on my vehicle’s progress. However once my vehicle was sent to detailing, that all stopped. My vehicle was in detailing for 90 minutes without it being touched. I had my vehicle pulled from that service due to the inexcusably long time that it sat waiting for this complementary service. Granted this was a free service, but even so it should be done in some sort of timely fashion. Mark is awesome. Detailing needs to do substantially better.

Brad is always courteous, friendly, professionaland knowledgeable. When I bring my vehicle in for service Brad always ask the right questions to make sure he has all details on what I believe the problem is. He is proactive i.e he noticed damage to my hubcap and suggested a solution. I will bring my vehicle back so it can be repaired.
