Brad is fine but I still need some assistance getting some work completed on the exterior and interior of my car. The service levels at your dealership are simply not up to the levels I would expect especially considering that Jaguar is a luxury brand.

The noise for motor mounts existed when car was last serviced at dealership, so a more thorough inspection would be a suggestion for improvement moving forward, as car was under 60k miles and would have been covered by warranty. Overall, I am satisfied with service and customer service.
