I always have excellent service through your service department. No matter how busy they are, Mark always takes care of my cars problems and is always very nice and personable. One of the reason we buy our cars at Island Lincoln.

I was mistakenly told the changing of my Takata airbag would be 1 1/2 hours. If I’d known it would be 3 hours I would have arranged my own transportation. Mark happily arranged my ride home. I brought car in a few minutes past 0930. When I hadn’t received any calls by a little after 2:00, I called n car was ready. I was told they’d work on getting me a ride as I was unable to find a ride on short notice. At 3:40 I received call someone was on the way. So it was after 4:40 by time I was able to drive away from dealer. I had things to do which I couldn’t accomplish without my car. First time this has happened in the 9 years I’ve been coming here.

Brad did his best to get me in with no notice and a full schedule. But only after I stated waiting 4 days with a loaner would be unacceptable.
The person picking up my car and leaving me one was very condescending and I can not believe he stated I needed to add gas to the loaner when my car was 2 days old and needed service. My car is up over 100 miles from the back and forth needed for repair within 2 days of my purchase and telling me to put gas was unbelievable. When I said something about my gas he pointed out it was gas the dealer put in the car!!! Yes when I signed a contract he acted like it was a favor! Needless to say I contacted sales and was told to disregard.
My car ended up needing to stay over night and if it wasn’t for my wonderful salesman Richard stepping in it probably would still be there. Richard my salesman followed up with service and was told at 10:30 my car was done and Ashley would call me. 11:00 I received a text it was being worked on?? But she had told sales it was done.
At 1:00pm I called for status (Ashley never called) and was advised it was done they were short people to bring it to me. I worked until 5 but was advised if I needed it same day how I could come in (20-25 mile drive after working all day in 5pm traffic) to pick it up. I was told Ashley would call me around 2:00 to see if someone could bring it to me as promised when it was picked up the day before. (Ashley never called)
I messaged sales and once again they stepped up, Richard brought my car to me. He was not provided anything in writing as to what was done to my car but told me verbally about the need to swap out my wheels.
With the purchase of this car the service is a point they make to mention. VIP treatment it is not. I think if it’s not covered by a warranty I’ll be going elsewhere. My honeymoon with this car is not even over and this experience is one I can not wait to forget. I gave up a Honda for this car.. better car now but the service at southeastern Honda was efficient and top notch.. I’m not impressed with the service I received here.

I had concerns about my car while under their care and the Branch Manager ddnt ask me about it he just said "its impossible that they did it." Really???? Didnt even try to make things right. I will tell anyone who ask me not to trust them with their vehicle. They lie and accept no accountability for their action. Tried to contact the owner and was told he travels. Does he not want to know how is business is being represented? Probably not
