Brad and the drivers were excellent . However when my car was returned to me without me checking it. When I did get into drive it my car was dirty it had grease and oil from the mechanics or technicians feet . Also they did not clean my car like they have in the past they did not vacuum or wash it like they usually do I did request , actually I think you need not to request it they should just be a common courtesy that you Provide this service since I have owned a Lexus in the past.
