I tried return my service agents call regarding my inspection and only kept getting voicemails. I called sales and again was sent to voicemail. The only way I was able to get through after an hour was by calling Nick’s cell, my service agent never called me back so my car sat for an hour. When my agent checked me out I was almost charged for a service I didn’t receive. I caught it when he was going over things.

Nick was fine, other than calling me “Boss” throughout the check-in process. And because I did not catch the voicemail and texts in time, the team did in fact complete the recall service (and not the list of other identified issues with the car ) on time the day I dropped it off. Unfortunately however, despite the message that the car would be washed as we picked it up, we received our car with some sort of smeared fluid or substance all over the hood and front panels of the car that required cleaning immediately upon receipt. Not sure what the substance was, but we did not appreciate the negligence with the mechanic.
