Great management stuff . Employees are very courteous . Juan , Vicente in parts department was very helpful. The price of the oil change a bit high compared to other facility but it’s ok the hospitality was great . Juan offer me drinks and anything I need help . Another employees in Sales was also
Very friendly but I forget his name but he was a car wash boy when started 6 years ago and move up now a salesman .

Nice to see you that you’ve given Nick what he deserves. I’m used to arriving And Nick greeting me with a smile and taking care of me quickly. I arrived yesterday spoke with someone briefly and they said someone would get to me soon. I stood there for 10 or 15 minutes Wanting to see how long it would take for someone to ask if I needed help. Finally I gave up and went to the person that told me that someone would get to me soon. She found someone for me immediately. I just had a nail in my tire And was told it would take about 45 minutes. Almost 2 hours later I was leaving. But it was nice to talk to Nick about his new position. You better not lose that guy he’s the only reason I bought another car there.

Kevin Kandler took great care of my car and keeping me up to date on what was happening to it. I had to take it in twice after purchasing it and he could sense my trepidation in having to bring it twice. Kevin called me each time and kept me up to date on everything that was happening, it was great working with him and I plan to bring my car to him going forward.

I brought the car in for repair and your writer Kevin was highly professional. I picked up the car a day later and paid $700 for a repair, drove off and 10 minutes later the vehicle was doing the same as what I brought it in for repair. The only thing different from when I brought the car in and after I picked it up was the $700 out of my pocket without the repair being completed. It begs the question, was the $700 necessary repair ?
