Parts were not ordered appropriately. The rear windshield wiper arm was not ordered with a blade. Additionally the arm came without the blade. I had to call to see if the part was in and was told yes. When I asked why I wasn’t called as I was told they would do I was told that the part with ordered without any name attached to it. To Boone when I came in to get my car taken care of the arm was there but there was no blade. I was kept waiting two hours and I finally had to ask what was going on. The young man told me that they were waiting on the blade to be delivered and I asked him why when I was sitting in the service department waiting room he didn’t stop to tell me as he had been in an out a half dozen times. He said I’ve been busy. I demanded my car brought be brought up and I wanted to leave without the job being finished. Then the young man said to me I wouldn’t use the rear wiper as there’s no blade. That was the straw that broke the camels back I am a 71-year-old handicapped woman and I know that I can’t use the rear wiper without a blade there was no need for him to say that . There is a great lack of communication between service and parts among other things. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company and their leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the quality of service.

Nick has been great! He communicates what is going on with the vehicle very well. He is knowledgeable but patient when questions are asked. If issues come up the need to be handle immediately (red); or those things need to be taken care of in the next 6 months (yellow); Nick’s will give thorough explanation that helps the customer come up with a game plan for getting the repairs done. Makes problem soving between finances snd repairs Eady.
